THE FLASH: The nephew of Barry Allen, the previous Flash, Wally West was visiting his uncle's labortory when the accident that granted Barry his powers repeated itself. Lightning struck the lab and Wally was bathed in chemicals charged with electricity, granting him superhuman speed. Wally became Barry's sidekick, Kid Flash and was a founding member of the Teen Titans. After Barry's death, Wally took up the mantle of the Flash, intending to follow in his uncle's footsteps. Now, Wally is a prominant member of the Justice League and is married with two children. |
